DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pinn.my. We strive to provide the best experience possible for all our customers. Please read our delivery and return terms carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Policy

  1. Order Processing Time
    Orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service, typically:

    • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days

    • East Malaysia: 5–10 working days
      Please note that delivery times may vary based on courier services and unforeseen circumstances.

    •  Festive Seasons: During major festive periods (e.g. Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Christmas), delivery may be delayed due to high shipping volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

    • Pre-order Items: For items marked as pre-order, estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. Your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is ready.

  2. Delivery Coverage
    We currently offer delivery within Malaysia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  3. Courier Services
    Orders will be shipped via our trusted third-party logistics partners such as J&T Express, PosLaju, NinjaVan, etc. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
  4. Customer Responsibility
    Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

General Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  1. Eligible for Return or Exchange:
    • Incorrect item(s) received (e.g. wrong model, colour, or quantity)
    • Damaged or defective item(s) upon arrival
    • Faulty item(s) that do not function as intended
  2. Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:
    • Used or unsealed items, or items not in original packaging
    • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling
    • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. knives, personal items) once opened
    • Pre-order items
    • Perishable goods or consumables (e.g. food, supplements)
    • Items from selected brands (as stated on the product page)
    • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable
  3. How to Request a Return or Exchange:
    • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s) via WhatsApp (+6012-860 7731) or email (dionhomeplt@gmail.com)
    • Provide your order number and clear photos of the item(s) in question
    • Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process
    • For non-faulty returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
  4. Return Shipping:
    Unless due to our error, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
  5. Refunds:
    • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed via store credit.
    • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund process to be completed

We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
